Product Description
HX shredding+grinding machine for bale is a new type of waste material processing machine for various types of loosen straw bales, round bales, and square bales. It can shred large materials to small pieces, which are convenient for transportation or further processing.
The two motors of the dual shaft shredder independently drives two main shafts to rotate forward and backward. The moving blades on the main shaft bite each other to form shearing force, the moving blade tip and the cylindrical surface of the tool sleeve forms shearing force, and the torsion and speed difference of the main shaft forms tearing force and then achieves the crushing effect.
Due to the mutual engagement of the moving blades, automatic feeding function can be achieved. The unique blade shaft structure prevents the occurrence of shaft entanglement or equipment jamming during low speed and high torque production processes, thereby improving production efficiency.
