Log debarker and disc chipper assembly line is widely used in paper mill to produce uniform wood chips for making paper pulp from wood logs, branches and wood cutting residues. The debarking rate is up to 95% and the output chips is uniform and elegant.

Operation instruction
1. Working Procedure
1.1 Clean the working place. Fire is forbidden.
1.2 No metal, nails, or rock in wood.
1.3 Tightness of triangle belt is proper, blade and bed knife are tightened, and no foreign material inside the machine.
1.4 Firstly start main motor, then start feed conveyor. Watch over running condition, stop the machine immediately if there something abnormal happened.
1.5 Idle run for 10 minutes, feed in small quantity of raw material for testing, then feed in normally after machine running well.
1.6 Feed in raw material at a uniform speed. Direction of wood should be the same.
1.7 Watch over running condition.
1.8 When stop the machine, firstly stop feed conveyor, then stop main motor. Check bearing, and tightness of blades.
2.9 Check bearing of main machine to adjust disc or change lubrication grease if necessary every 6 months. Check bearing inside gear box and change lubrication grease if necessary every 6 months.
3. Maintenance

3.2 change of blade
1) cut off power supply, open the cover, fix the disc.
2) screw off the bolts, remove the blade clamp, take out blade
3) clean the contact surface of disc and blade, adjust the blade, install the blade clamp, tighten the tightening bolts.
4) adjust the space between disc and bed knife to be 0.2-0.3mm, install the cover.
3.3 change of bed knife
1) screw off the bolts
2) take out bed knife, screw off the tightening bolts, take out bed knife.
3) there are 2 cutting edge for bed knife, can be switch side to be used again.
4) clean the contact surface of bed knife, install the bed knife, tighten the bolts.
5) adjust the space between disc and bed knife to be 0.2-0.3mm, tighten the bolts.
6) may need 2 person to cooperate to adjust the space several time to be suitable space.
3.4 sharpening of blades.
1) use special blade sharpener to sharp the blades.
2) cool with water during sharpening.
3) sharpening quantity can not exceed 40mm.
4) change the blade and bed knife at the same time.
5) all blades should be sharpened or changed at the same time.
4. Safe Operation Rules
4.1 The operator must know well the characteristics, safe operation rules and working procedure of the whole machine.
4.2 The operator must wear proper labor protection appliance during working, tools must be safe and reliable.
4.3 If the machine works in outdoor, users must check the surrounding environment. Fire prevention and water proof measures is necessary. Temporary electric wire must be safe and reliable.
4.4 During machine running, operator's action must smooth and steady, can not use iron tools.
4.5 During machine running, the operator must be concentrated, can not leave away. Specially-assigned person starts the machine and is responsible for supervising the producing process.
4.6 The operator must check running condition at any time, stops the machine when abnormal condition occurs, and solve the breakdown.
