This design protects the rotor, decreased the maintenance cost and extends the life span of the machine.
Fine grinder rotor

2) Forged hammers are symmetric homogeneous permutation, small vibration without blind angle, large crushing friction area, wearing resisting material, big wrapping angle.
3) Special fastener for esay assemble and disassemble of hammer, materia is 30Mn alloy, special treatment for grinding edge, wear-resistenet, more durable.
Exclusive inclined long mesh of screen, guaranteed output size, smooth discharge, no jamming.
After the grinding process, the output mixed with plastic has big density and are retained in the inner cavity of the fine grinder. Thanks to the centrifugal force from the rotor rotation and the suction force of cylone draught fan, these material was gathered into the shaftless sealed airspinning drum screen, and then goes throught the guiding plate of the drum screen, and separated from the qualified material finally.
